Holiday Expressions New Product Blog Hop

Welcome to the Holiday Expressions blog hop!  This "little" catalog is full of all your paper crafting needs for the upcoming season!

If you have arrived here from Wendy's Blog, you are on course to travel through several blogs and see wonderful artwork!  After you have spent time here, you will move on to Krista's Blog to see what she has chosen to create from the products available in this catalog.

For this blog hop, I have chosen to feature the Cut Above Merry Everything Tag Kit.  This kit is versatile and can be used in any season.  The gold and silver embossing brings sparkle to any project.  And those pretty!

As a stand alone kit, you can add a special touch to the holiday gifts your exchange but that is not all!  These tags can be added to cards and scrapbook pages to create a beautiful layout.  I have used the Beary Christmas paper and done a layout with a set of tags and one with just one tag as a small embellishment.  I think you will agree that it really creates a sparkle and depth to the layout.

Layout with just one tag.

Layout with three additional tags, a bit more bling and a glitter paper title cut on the cricut. What a difference a bit of shine can make!

You can add these tags to cards as well and create an extra special greeting to share with friends and family.   I used the Beary Christmas Workshop Your Way kit and added tags to enhance the focal point as well as a bit more bling to brighten it up!  What do you think?

You can shop for these products on your consultant's website and if you do not have a consultant, you are welcome to shop on my website.  Don't forget to add the tags to your cart, you are going to want them for all your holiday creating and even beyond!

Now remember it is time to travel on to Krista's blog and see what she has created!  I hope you enjoy the upcoming seasons and holidays!

National Stamping Month Blog Hop

September is National Stamping Month and Close to My Heart has created a kit to celebrate!

Several consultants have put together a blog hop to show you how you can create these wonderful pop-up cards that share greetings for many different occasions.  If you have come here from Wendy's Blog, welcome.  You are on the right track to continue the inspirational journey!  From here you will travel on to Vickie's Blog where she will share her artwork.

The exclusive From the Heart card kit contains an E-size stamp set as well as materials and instructions for creating 12 interactive cards with detailed stamping. Individual components of the card kit are available at retail price, but you save 20% when you purchase them as part of the kit!

As you can see from above, the stamp set creates a stunning floral bouquet with coordinating sentiments.   Now I couldn't stop there, so I purchased a second set of cards and started creating with new stamp sets from the Annual Inspirations and Holiday Expressions catalog.

This is a watercolor floral bouquet using the Many Congratulations C1693 stamp set.  Simple yet elegant.

And then I could help but to dive into the holidays a bit as well.  You can see that I even added a bit of the paper from the Silver and Gold paper collection and used the Beary Christmas-Card Making stamp set C1691.

This Make it From Your Heart card kit is only available through September, Nat'l Stamping month, while supplies last.  Connect with your consultant or contact me to get your kit.  Or you can just shop on my website directly.

Now it is time to move on to Vickie's Blog and enjoy her artwork.

Happy Nat'l Stamping Month

SOTM Blog Hop: Feel So Blessed

I am back!  I took a little break from my blog this summer but I am ready to share some wonderful artwork with you and no better way to start than with the stamp of the month!

If you have arrived here from Wendy's Blog, you are on the road to viewing artwork from 25 consultants.  After you time here, you will move on to Vickie's Blog

I used the fun stamp set to create 3 cards of a similar color scheme.  I chose our new Heather gray color along with glacier and sweet leaf.

I also used on of my new favorite stamp sets from the new Annual Inspirations called Splash of Color.  I love the depth of detail in the "splotches" of different sizes.  It creates a great background texture or adds little pops of texture for your card.  In contrast to the splashes of color, I used the bitty clear sparkles!

Although this stamp set has a Fall feel to it, it is very versatile for many different themes.

Remember, this stamp set is available only during the month of September and you can purchase for $5 with a $50 order.  Contact your consultant or visit my website to make your purchase.

From here, you will travel on to Vickie's blog  to view her beautiful artwork.  Thanks for visiting and come back soon to see more artwork.
