This year I held my second tea party for my customers and I was able to use the Artiste Cricut Cartridge to create these "tea bag" invitations.  The cartridge has several unique card that can be used for your party.  Having a movie night?  What about a ticket invite?  Is the birthday a space theme?  What about a planet with rings for a invite?  There are so many options and many that can be used for a variety of themes.  Check out the handbook of images here.

It's Hip and it's for Mother's Day

Close to My Heart has created one of the easiest mini albums.  Just add photos, a little personal touch with scraps, and your sentiments to mom for a picture perfect tribute. 

The Hip Pic Album is mini album fits 4x6 photos.  You can decorate the cover to suit your mom and then add photos inside as shown in the video.  So easy.

Liquid Glass: The answer for everything crafty and more!

I love Liquid Glass.  I have used it to add dimension to artwork, as a glue for ribbon and other embellishments and a "super" glue for eye glasses in an emergency.  And for just $6.95, this bottle of wonder will last a long time. 

Click on the photo above to enlarge and you can see how I added liquid glass to the HO and the rest of the title not seen.  Element on the scrapbook page is the title for the complements and was a little "flat" compared to the other embellishments.  The touch of liquid glass help create dimension and shine to help it stand out. 

 This photo shows the new Base and Bling collection from the Spring/Summer 2014 idea book.  It is easy to personalize your pendant with stamps and pigment inks.  Then the glass covering is added and sealed with liquid glass, creating a solid and secure bond.
