Lucky Layout

This weekend at the retreat, I had the opportunity to play with the Lucky paper packet.  I made this fun layout of my nephew Gabe and his wheels.  The wooden buttons and hemp are great embellishments that coordinate well with the patterns and textures of the paper.

Home from a great retreat and Studio J Spotlight

In January, I hosted a team challenge and one of the rewards was a mini retreat at our cabin for those who earned 1000 points.  Well, three of the girls really dove in and met that challenge.  I was so proud of them and this weekend I got to treat them to a great time together scrapbooking, stamping, laughing, and just enjoying being away.  More photos to come when I can get them off my camera...having trouble with that this morning.

Miracle and the girl

Here are my "girl" pages using the Miracle paper packet.  The paper matches the room makeover and my daughter's favorite shirt perfectly.

I am so Lucky!

I have been working with this paper kit for my June workshops and it is so great!  I love the outdoor colors with the pop of sunset to add a bright element!  I will be posting my finished layouts soon but to get a taste of  the Lucky paper packet and a few tips about Studio J, take a look at this video.

My Boy Page

If you know me, you know I have two girls and funny thing is, many of my customers have all boys, some of them have three...so I am often challenged to come up with something more masculine...  Well, the Miracle kit was perfect for this challenge and I had some great photos of a friends little boy who came to our cabin with us last summer.
